Gambar dan sebaris kalimat itulah yang muncul ketika saya mau buka blog tjap koepoe biroe hari Minggu pagi 3 Oktober 2010. Saya langsung menduga kalau blog saya ada yang ngehack.

Sekian menit berikutnya malah sama sekali gagal diakses. Antara bingung, panik dan stres langsung membaur jadi satu.

Lalu mencoba buka beberapa blog lain, kebanyakan bisa dibuka tapi ada pula yang mengalami kasus serupa dengan blog saya. Sedikit2 mulai terkuak misteri itu. Rupanya blog yang hostingnya sama dengan sayalah yang kena hack.

Masalah semakin jelas ketika ada sahabat yang menyapa sambil bilang kalau yang kena hack bukan blog kita tapi server hostingnya. Diperkuat lagi dengan email yang masuk dari pihak hosting bahwa ada hacker yang menyelinap saat pihaknya upgrade server.

NB : Ada beberapa pelajaran berharga yang bisa kita petik. Pertama, bahwa yang namanya ujian itu bisa datang kapan saja dan menimpa siapa saja. Kedua, membackup data itu harus. Saya tak bisa membayangkan betapa menyesalnya saya andai saja data saya lenyap dari server hostingnya. Selama ini saya ceroboh dengan abaikan hal itu.
